Privacy Policy

Who we are
This website is operated by ITMIMO, a technology company registered in Georgia. In this policy “we”, “us” and “ITMIMO” refer to that company, which acts as the data controller for the personal data described below. Full registration details are published here once verified; until then, reach us at hello@itmimo.com for any question about this policy.
What this site collects
This website does not set cookies, does not run analytics or advertising scripts, and does not build visitor profiles. No account is required and nothing about your visit is stored by us.
The enquiry form does not transmit anything to our servers. Submitting it composes a message in your own email application; the data reaches us only if you choose to send that message.
Data you send us by email
When you email us — through the form or directly — we process the details you include: typically your name, email address, company and a description of your project. We use them only to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver and administer the engagement.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and, once an engagement begins, performance of a contract. Correspondence is retained for as long as needed for that purpose and for any statutory accounting or tax retention period that applies to us.
Hosting and processors
The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages), which processes technical connection data — including IP addresses — for delivery, security and reliability. Incoming email to our domain is routed by Cloudflare, Inc. (Email Routing) and delivered to a mailbox operated by Google LLC (Gmail). These providers act as processors on our behalf under their respective data processing terms.
Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on the transfer mechanisms offered by those providers, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
If the GDPR applies to your data, you have the right to request access to it, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@itmimo.com. We respond within one month.
Changes
If we add analytics, cookies or server-side form handling, this policy will be updated before those changes go live, and the date at the top of the page will change accordingly.
